Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes 2-3 business days and costs £5.00

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and SueGDesigns  will not be liable for any delivery delays incurred.

You will receive a Shipment Dispatch email once your order has shipped.

Damages

SueGDesigns.co.uk is not liable for damage or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We will endeavour to assist you with any shipping issue you have and will provide the proof of postage upon request.
